Fees (2009/10)
BBHC is mostly financed by match fees and annual subscriptions received from its members.
Match fees are paid after each game to the team captain and covers pitch hire, beer kitty, and food.
The annual subscription covers club administration, affiliations to associations, entry to leagues and cups, pitch hire and coaching fees for training. All Men's annual fees are to collected by BBHC's Treasurer (Ben Bradley) and team captains.
Note:
- Age related fees are worked on the age of the player at the start of season.
- The club is flexible on the fees in times of hardship. Please speak with Ben Bradley.
Family membership is defined as "Couples (married or not), with dependant 'playing' children under the age of 18."
Subscriptions are set at the beginning of the season by the incoming committee or at the last AGM (these fees include your subscription to BHSC). They are due by 30th November of each year, unless you have made a specific arrangement with the Clubs Treasurer, agreed by the committee.
Failure to pay annual subscriptions will result in the individual concerned, not being considered for selection until full monies have been paid. It may also result in BHSC barring the individual from using the club facilities.
Every member is required to complete a membership form at the start of each season. These can be obtained from either the

- Club Captain, or
- Team Captain.
Match Fees are collected from every player by the Team Captain after each match. The amount paid is set by the Team Captain and relevant Club Captain in co-ordination with the Treasurer, to cover the payment to the Club for central costs (e.g. pitch hire, home teas and general expenses). As a general rule, the higher the team the greater the match fee to be paid. Players who fail to pay match fees will be reported to both the Selection Committee and Main Club Committee and may be excluded from selection until all outstanding monies have been paid.
