2011/12 Season's Training Details

This is conducted by qualified coaches, most of whom who play for the adult sides in the club.

When (day): Sunday mornings during the hockey season.
When (dates): Sunday 18th September 2011 (REGISTRATION DAY)
Sunday 25th Sept to Sunday 4th December 2010
Sunday 8th Jan to Sun 25th March 2012
When (time): 10:15am meet for a 10:30am start, until 12pm.
Where: Erith School, Ramsden Road, London, DA8 3BU. On the astro-turf pitch nearest the school.

Who should come?: - As ever, our training sessions are open to new and existing members.
- We coach girls and boys of ALL ABILITIES.
- We coach all age groups from ages of 5-6 up to 18.
What to bring: - T-shirt.
- Shorts.
- Tracksuit bottoms.
- Trainers/astro-turf boots.
- Sweatshirt (for cold weather).
- Waterproof jacket (optional)
What we provide: - Qualified coaches.
- Basic sticks.
- Balls.
- G/K equipment.
Further training:

Older children (~14+ years old) who want to train more may attend club training winter sessions with the adult members on Wednesday nights (7:30pm to 9pm) at the astro-turf pitch at Erith School.

Matches

When numbers permit, we run boys and girls teams at apprpriate age groups from Under-18 to Under-12, and Under-12 mixed.

For the 2011/12 season, we will be running a team each in the Kent Under-14 Boys league, and Kent Under-16 Boys league, and Under-10 Mixed and Under-12 teams that play in friendlies and tournaments. A decision is yet to be made on the league teams for the older gilrs.
